Return Policy

  • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within the same price range.
  • To begin the exchange process, please email us at Info@cerse.com.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to process any damage or defect claims.
  • Replacements will be arranged within 7–10 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for orders that were not delivered or for approved returns.
  • Refunds will be processed 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • A 2% deduction will apply as restocking fees.

Cancellation Policy

  • You must raise a cancellation request within 3 hours of placing the order.
  • No cancellation is allowed once the product has been shipped.
  • If the order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery at the doorstep.

Replacement Policy

  • Complaints must be raised within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video.
  • Replacements will be processed only after a quality check by Crese’s experts.

Ineligible for Replacement

  • Customized or discounted products
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation

Eligible for Replacement If:

  • The item was defective
  • The item was damaged in transit
  • Products were missing from the package
  • The wrong item was received

Note: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

Additional Information

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, you must raise a complaint within 24 hours.
  • For OTP-verified deliveries or cases of incorrect shipping details provided, Crese will not be held responsible.
  • Do not accept any parcel if the outer packaging appears torn or damaged.
  • Customers must provide clear images or videos for damaged or defective items before any replacement can be processed.
